Can I reschedule my booking?

For the best flexibility, we recommend customers purchase Reschedule Plus.

Without Reschedule Plus, the following applies:

Rescheduling

First Time Flyers

If you know you will not be able to make your flights, you may reschedule as follows:

      • For standard bookings with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your flights. A charge of £2.50 per flight will apply.
      • For standard bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your flights. A charge of £5.00 per flight will apply.

If you fail to arrive for your flights, are late for your flights or fail to reschedule your flights within the times above for any reason, your booking will no longer be valid and you will not be entitled to a refund.

If a reschedule involves a change of location, you may choose from iFLY Manchester, Milton Keynes, Basingstoke or London at The O2 only. If your original booking or voucher does not include London at The O2 validity, an upgrade fee may be required to fly at this venue.

Pro-Flyers, Returning Flyers & Flight Club Members

If you know you will not be able to make your flights, you may reschedule as follows:

      • Within 24 hours notice, flights cannot be rescheduled or postponed.
      • Between 24 hours and 120 hours (5 days) notice, a charge of £2.50 per flight will apply .
        • Where pro-flyer time is purchased in 'minutes', each minute is equal to 1 flight.
        • Example: 10 minutes is equal to 10 flights / 1 hour is equal to 60 flights.
      • With more than 120 hours (5 days) notice, no charge will apply.

If a reschedule involves a change of location, you may choose from iFLY Manchester, Milton Keynes, Basingstoke or London at The O2 only. If your original booking or voucher does not include London at The O2 validity, an upgrade fee may be required to fly at this venue.

Exclusive Sessions for Group, School & Corporate

Where you have booked an exclusive group, school, or corporate session such as the VIP Exclusive Package or the School Exclusive Session, you may reschedule as follows:

      • For Exclusive bookings with more than 120 hours (5 days) notice, you may reschedule your flights. A charge of £2.50 per flight will apply.
      • For Exclusive bookings with less than 120 hours (5 days) notice, you may reschedule your flights. A charge of £5.00 per flight will apply.
